I have 1 firewire port which is used by 2, 2.5" Hard drives, they are daisy chained. With their being only one port on macbooks, daisy chaining is the only solution.
What is your most complicated setup, including hubs?
This is mine as described:
As you can see, luckily the first drive has the extra fireport so I can add another device. Firewire is supposed to be able to carry 63 devices from a single port. Who will win?
