I am guessing doctors, scientists, businessmen are too busy to post on macrumors really
but I will be very interested to hear about what apps they use

  • Things
  • FireFox
  • Path Finder
  • Pages
Other than those I mostly stick to what came with my computer, Mail, iTunes, and the terminal.

PS: What Macs are you guys using that don't come with iTunes, Mail or Safari???

Activity Monitor
Terminal
iTunes

Isn't there an application that keeps track of how long you've had applications open?

in this order: Safari, limewire & Itunes (use them at the same time), uttorent, screenflow, imovie, and tweetie.

Also here is a pic of my dock. I hardly use my app folder because all my fav and most useful programs are on my dock. Everything else could be deleted, and I would not care.
