KGB:D

I've actually started to discover that groups of introverts are incredibly boring! I don't know how I never realized it before.

Here's another test that you can take. http://www.eclecticenergies.com/enneagram/test-2.php. I got Type 5 wing 6. I think that it fits me really well(which is worrying). It's apparently not as reliable as the MBTI, and there is a lot less info on the web about it.

Another ENFP here!

You are:
moderately expressed extravert
moderately expressed intuitive personality
distinctively expressed feeling personality
slightly expressed perceiving personality

After examining some of the descriptions of my type I'd say that's me allright.

In particular---
"ENFP's have an unusually broad range of skills and talents" :D

"ENFP's need to focus on completing projects"

Personality tests are fun even if flawed or incomplete. You can't go taking things or life itself too seriously... that's no fun!

I have some Introverted friends... they seem to feel that I'm the life of the party. I couldn't imagine why for years... because I felt that I was too shy! :p

Close Enough Counts!

Question: Do you ponder the personality questions for a time or just breeze through them? I breeze through them fast because my first impression (or answer) is almost always right.

Damn at all the introverts!

INFJ myself, yeah it fits.

The internet is an introvert's paradise. Every INFJ I know is a pretty awesome person. My best friend is an INFJ.
The Only thing I don't like about them is that they seem to be overly, annoyingly romantic. Drives me crazy seeing them acting like everyone else in the world doesn't exist just because they're with their significant other.

EDIT: I only know 6 INFJ's, so it's not like I have a statistically significant sample size. It's just a personal observation.

This. Especially for INxx it seems like to me, but I could be wrong. Like I said before, the internet allows us introverts to fulfill our need for social interaction in a more comfortable and controllable way.

Whats the difference between INTJ and INFJ?

Would INFJs stick together, this is an interesting test and I may very well persuade my friends to take it and compare our results.

F=more focus on feeling
T=more theoretical

I find that F's are seem to be deeply complex individuals that you never really get to know fully. Sometimes this can make you feel bad, because you must be asking the wrong questions or something.
T's are overtly logical. The T's I know(myself included) don't really present themselves as people you get to know. They don't share many personal things. You value them for their ideas and way of thinking more than for their personalities.

About your second question, all of my friends are I(and most are IN), but my group only has one INFJ. The other INFJ's are pretty spread out in different cliques. I've tested almost 300 people in my school, and it seems like INFJ's are one of the more spread out groups, while INTJ's are far and away the closest.

This is nerdy as hell, I know! I'm just really fascinated about the personality types, and I've been running so many tests with the people I know.

P.S I still don't think that 300 is statistically significant, so YMMV.

INFJs are actually the rarest type of all, making up about 1% of the population.

I still found 11 of them in my little test. None of them hang out with each other, despite the fact that our school is very small. Almost every INTJ I am at least friendly with, while 5 of them are some of my closer friends.

I'm not sure if there is any other, more broad, research friendships between groups, but if there is, I'd love to see it!

Thanks makes sense, I do than to analyze and plan out things before blindly walking in to a situation, I guess INTJ actually does fit me. Can't wait to get my friends to see this and see their results. I would suspect that my friends are also introverts.

I'm actually in a course that will study personality and behavior in a few weeks/months, I know for a fact that Carl Jung will be studied, thanks to this thread I guess I have a headstart as to what I will be in for. :)

I didn't put these in the OP, because they're easy to find with Google, but here's the portrait of the INTJ type. It's like someone was watching me and taking notes!

We have a psychology class at my school, but the teacher is incompetent. I would like to study some psychology in college, though I want to be a biologist.

Nice, interesting link too bad I still have homework left, it would be great if I can actually concentrate and read it. Well psychology is still a relatively new subject, my teacher has only been teaching it for years, he admits that this is the first year he actually understands what he has been teaching/talking to us about LOL. I just buy some prep books and read it concurrently with the class, it has worked moderately well so far. So far my psychology class has seemed like an upper tier biology class, brain structure, neurons is all we have learned so far

The problem with free online MBTI ripoffs is that more people test as "N"s than actually are. "N"s actually make up only about 25% of the population. My school's online directory allows people to set a MBTI type on their profiles and for some reason it seems like there are a crapload of Ns despite the rarity of the types, particularly INxJs. I think this is probably because NJs are only one letter off from SJs (the most common types, despite the significant difference functionally).

ENTJ

I think that's the same as it was 7 years ago when I last took one of these in a psych class. I'd say it fits me pretty well, and it reminds me that the next time someone accuses me of being bossy, I can just tell them it's my "leadership" skills shining through. ;)

Seriously though, I don't put much stock in these things. Don't let someone else's theory define who you are. It's all in good fun to do this, but I hardly think this test is scientific.

Now, how do I figure out why an "E" is on the internets?

I had taken a Myers-Briggs test a while ago and I was tested as ISTJ, and my numbers were nearly off the chart as for the introvert, I was basically tested as a complete introvert which when others saw that completely agreed :)
