Simply because I wanted the largest storage capacity. I don’t use a lot of it. But it’s there.

256GB because that was the only capacity they had in range in store. Had a preorder slotted for launch day pick up until the last minute they send a garbage delayed email. Found a SIM Free 256GB in store close enough to pick up the next day.
