What is your Ringtone?

My default is the theme from The Contender. For one of my best friends, I use the MBA song from the commercial, I think it's called Old Soul, because she loves that song.

I have assorted ringtones for other special people.

I use a custom ring tone that I made that... surprisingly enough, actually sounds like a ringer on a real phone. It's also much louder than the stock crappy tones, so I can hear it in a loud bar.
 
So if I put up a site for hosting all of these ringtones, would everyone (or close to it) provide what they have to support each other by sharing?

My ringtone (and its been for quite awhile on every phone i have had)

its an awesome ringer, catches my attention, i love the clangy guitars.

I am huge into music, but for awhile i have refuse to use songs i listen to on a regular basis as a ringtone. It happened with "Morning Bell" by Radiohead. Every single time i would listen to the album "Kid A" i would think of the bloody ringer, so i have decided to use songs from films or something i wouldnt listen to on a regular basis.

Muse - Time is Running Out

Thank god for Garageband because it optimizes the ringtones to sound good coming out of the iPhone's speaker.

isnt that the truth. ringtones will ruin the song you got it from lol

The problem is that for most of those listed here are part of copyrighted material. As such we could bring down the wrath of the RIAA.

Ah my friend, do not be so fearful without knowledge. A great thing happened on my way to the market. The Copyright laws in this country also list "fair use". Thus using said "portions" for certain uses is clearly legal.

Even look at all the how to's on how to make your own ringtone. Would that not be against portions of the DMCA? Possibly. But Fair Use is very clear. Why do you think the RIAA and MPAA fear going after libraries?
 
Don't make fun of me, but right now it's bring the pain by MSI.

I don't really like them, but for some reason I just love how offensive that song is....
