Dells which were brand new last year and are already slow, I go to the library(college) and you can't ever find a computer without and OUT OF ORDER sign on it. My photo lab has a dual core mac pro, think its a quad core but is just 2 dual core intels. I haven't played with it yet though. There are also e macs in the library which are only used as the Catalog for the books and stuff.

We have custom-build machines which are fairly decent (Athlon X2, 2GB RAM, 8600GTS) in each of the 3 computer rooms. Each teacher also has an Ergo laptop each. They're meant to be rugged but they're flimsy. Each classroom has another (older) custom build desktop for attaching to the projector and smartboard (interactive whiteboards). I think the art department has a Mac, but I havn't been there in years so I'm not sure. Officially, theres no Macs at all but about half the teachers have one so they sometimes use them instead of the Ergos.

You know, I've never been to the SCU computer lab. Huh, never thought about that.

Um, at Pace there was one lab that had a ton of machines (don't recall the brand) but there were sections that had XP, 2000, and even a few '95. And of course there was the Apple section.
