I am in security my position I am at the desk and out. I don't own one yet!

I'm in sales, 75% in office 25% outside. I am a big fan of the stand reminders, breathe, and most importantly the calendar reminders.

Check email and messages. Use scribble to send messages. Weather is nice too. I use the Storm app. Activity tracking has slowly motivated me to be a bit more active each day.
