What kind of upgrades?

So I was wondering, what kind of upgrades can I do to my Aluminium Macbook? I know the basics, upgrade the RAM, the HDD, but I want something that really means an "upgrade"; thoughts?

P.S.: Where's the best place to find RAM?

RAM and HD are the only parts you can upgrade. CPU and GPU are soldered onto the logic board thus not upgradeable.

Upgrade to an SSD, Its the biggest speed upgrade I have ever done on a computer.
