I've been thinking of getting this bag for my MB:
What do other people here use?
One of these:
I use a really old version of this (c1995):
Its a DJ bag I used for other things before I could afford a laptop. Not really any padding, so I use a generic 15" sleeve that hugs my PB 15" really well.
I have used This but it was too small, it put too much pressure on the lid, and was really not that great to carry a laptop in. It had very little room after the laptop was in it.
I went back to the technics bag, and have been happy ever since. Though this is good for myself, and what I need. I can easily see the Oakley bag being good for others. (Especially the ones that need covert ops and a laptop, being the bag would zip to a AP vest and used all sorts of hooks to do that.)
Buy the accessory pouches for your codes - power brick etc - when you order it and you will be quite pleased. There is a pocket in the back of the bag that fits the sleeve for a MacBook just right. I love mine!
i want to get the one that looks like the manilla folder lol
STM small alley works great with my MacBook
I use THIS. It's great for light travel but it's got enough room for some stuff. I carry: MagSafe, usb modem, earphones, couple cables and a few papers. It's not really set up for travel but more of a commuter bag...when you're traveling small and light.
i use an applesac sleeve and a timbuk 2 bag
use the Sportfolio Deluxe for my MB from Marware. It's a great case, plenty of storage, haven't had a problem yet.
I have a Tom Binh Super Ego
I don't have a bag. I have a case/sleeve. ZeroShock III is amazing, great buy!
This is what I use it has a really nice padded laptop sleeve!
I'm using a Tom bihn Horizontal bag. It does an excellent job for carrying only the notebook and the charger. It doesn't have any room for other things.
I'm torn between getting a bag that can carry a lot of stuff or one that's really just for the MB. The one I have one is a little large and I don't need all the room... I like backpacks but don't know if I'd use all the space!
Who makes that? I'm looking for a good backpack
/I'm currently using a old Trager Hipster bag - great piece of luggage!
That bag is from...
This is what I have, just in the dark blue variety.
It is very durable. I am really rough on it and it hasn't had a single thread pop up yet.Link
Axio. I ordered it together with my powerbook. I use it on a daily basis to take my laptop and other stuff to work. It has a lot more scratches than my powerbook. Rather expensive but very comfortable and good protection.
Wow...that one looks...futuristic!
I just got my back this afternoon and it's awesome! To be honest it has more room than I thought!
a case handmade in philadelphia, PA, by the wonderful guys at reloadbags.com
Same one Michael C. Hall uses in the show Dexter.
I'm probably going to buy this one.
Currently this one
But i'm looking for something with more storage- possibly a backpack.
I have a Swiss Army one, but I can't find a picture of it because I bought it about 2 years ago.
I use an Incase laptop sleeve and a North Face Sweeper Daypack with laptop pocket to house my MacBook Pro. Works wonders.
