Hello! Does anyone know what laptop I can buy that cost $465/P20,000? I'll use it for school and watching anime and stuffs.

At that price you are looking at either a used Mac notebook, a cheap PC or a Chromebook.

The Chromebook is not a bad option If you only have $500
