What Level Of Brightness Do You Use?

mine's automatically adjusted. i like the way the sensor handles the brightness setting

When I first got my MBP Classic, I would get crazy headaches and such from using the screen on full brightness. (I think it's crazy, but I never use the keyboard lights in the dark because the screen gives me more than enough light to see. It actually makes it harder.)

Now, I use full brightness. I just got used to it. Of course, my head has been hurting a lot...

Am I the only one who has really fat hands that end up messing up the sensor?
