We cannot understand your question.
Apple has made many versions of MacBook Air.
If you buy any new MacBook Air, it will have USB-C, and you can charge it using USB-C. Some (not all) also have MagSafe 3, so you can charge using MagSafe 3 or USB-C.

If you buy used, MacBook Air had USB-C with USB-C charging starting with the 2015 models. Select Apple Menu, "About this Mac," and it will display the model and year of your MacBook Air.
