What makes the mac display superior to iPad?

anyone who own both a mac and an iPad with retina display care to share a display comparison or a technical lowdown on the two displays?

This reviewer shows that the macbook has the better display

I have both. They're fantastic, and different which is how it should be.

Rather than over think this. Pick the one that suits your needs.
