What microphone do you guys use for voice chatting / screen sharing for your Mac Pro

What do you guys use?
Webcams with built in mics?
Crappy PC mic?

I have a mic that used to be a boom headset, but I modified it so that it's just the mic attached to the part that wrapped behind my head. I wear it kindof like a necklace with the boom pointing up towards my mouth. I combine that with a Griffin iMic to get proper mic input.
