Watched that earlier and now The Incredibles is on, then who knows...

can't go wrong with The Incredibles either. i hope they have a good sequel sometime.

just finished Ice Age with my 3 year old son... such a cute movie. now it's that "special" time of the night (my favorite time) his bedtime i can pop in something depraved... and i will enjoy it immensely. :D

perhaps Sin City, Fight Club or maybe Hellraiser. all of those sound decent after all this mild-mannered TV ;)

We watched Enemy of the State for a bit, but I'll be popping in BSG Season 1 disk 1 in a moment. So far I've seen the mini-series and episode 1. Not gripping me like Firefly, but not many will. I like it so far.

That's actually the joke of the family - "everyone has a gay uncle."
Actually, I have a gay cousin rather than a gay uncle. Of course, his sister gave birth to a baby boy back in June so...

Anyways, i just watched The Magnificent Seven, and during the week I watched Seven Samurai (coincidence? I think not :p). It's interesting how John Sturges changed a few things around (some by quite a bit), and yet still managed the same message.
It has also reaffirmed my belief that Steve McQueen was a total badass. Maybe I should watch Le Mans tomorrow night... :D

Good movie, I was amazed at how good it was, to say I don't really like "The Magnificent Seven".

Anyways, tonight it's either going to be a couple of episodes from Lost Season 1 or Batman Begins or The Young Ones Series 2.

Futurama and Family guy DVDs, I was watching "The Man Who Wasn't There" again last night, plus I have three waiting for me from Netflix:

Supersize Me
Scarface
Closer

Last night was 'Transporter 2' after a wonderful edition of HNIC.

The night before was 'North by Northwest' and tonight will probably be 'The Constant Gardener'.

If I could be bothered to watch something from all the ripped stuff on the Mac tonight, it would be either:

• City of God
• The Kingdom (the Lars Von Trier original) or...
• Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 4, Disk 1)

BTW: These were all legitimately rented, returned unwatched and are merely time-shifted for a rainy day.

Watch City of God. Horrible in parts, but overall a really great film. Definitely worth the watch. :)

Don't eject! Forward to the last scene, check out Katie's nipples. Now eject.

Don't eject at all - it's an awesome movie, one of my recent favorites! But, this has all been discussed already in the official thread, so I'll move on... ;)

Looking forward to finishing my Family Guy Volume 3 DVD set in the next couple evenings as well - after all, I have to get ready for Volume 4 in a few short months!

Completely agree with you on the HNIC, that was awesome, well the 1st game was, and the outcome of the second, but after the first 15 minutes the game got kind of ugly. As for the transporter 2, watched it on wednesday and wanted to puke all the way through. What a waste of an hour and a half of my life. Other night was Meet Joe Black, not sure what I'm going to watch now...?... have to go pick something out

I love when the Leafs get thumped.

Transporter 2 isn't a good movie, it's a fun movie but it's nothing spectacular.

Tonight I plan on watching an English film called Brassed Off
Good classic British film. My brother plays in a lot of bands, he's fantastic, so naturally he loves that film!

I thought it mattered, I thought that music mattered.
But does it bollocks, not compared to what people matter.

Great line
Great film
Great song

Can't get any better than that.

I'm thinking one of the Star Wars cartoons, then an early bed time. It's just as real as almost anything else on TV.

Last night I watched Willy Wonka with my 3 year old (Gene Wilder version) and when he went to sleep I found "Saw" starting on Showtime and decided to check it out.

Quite the contrast. Ill give it a 7.5 out of 10. Not bad for a horror movie but a bit overdone and contrived at points.
