Just got a 21.5 inch 4k Retina 2019 iMac unexpectedly. I will be doing my podcast from this now instead of my Windows PC, doing some video editing for my kids youtube channel and playing some lighter games. I see a bunch of 24 inch cinematic displays and larger than 21.5 inch Thunderbolt displays out there. What setups, for those of you who are doing 2-3 monitors/displays, are you currently using? Pictures would be awesome.

I have a 27” iMac but I’ve encountered the same issue with finding an optimal screen that matches the iMac and looks relatively close in size.

I’ve even tried this:

Eventually I settled on a 4K 24” to the left for 1080p games and a 2560x1440, 27” to the right of it for work.

Cable management coming soon.

If it were me with a 21.5” 4K iMac, I’d get a 32” 4K (that seems like a perfect size) and use the iMac as a side display.
