Griffin Reveal. Sort of like a bumper, but has a clear plastic back.

That sorta makes it a case, no?

Otterbox defender sorta like a bumper but has a silicone inside and a hard plastic outer shell and screen shield. :D

And FYI just messin with ya.

Spigen Neo-Hybrid EX Snow Series, Casemate glam case in champagne, Otterbox Commuter in pink/white, and a Speck Fabshell in the lovebirds/teal.

Apparently I have a slight case addiction ...

I have a CaseCrown snap on right now. I have their slider from an earlier iteration that was a bit snug. I did the preorder of a Twig case, but am not totally sure whether I want it (partly because with the price and the shipping cost it's a bit spendy).

Speck Candyshell. I actually just got my box from cases I ordered from China yesterday and I absolutely love them as well. My favorite is a clear TPU one that makes the phone feel rounder than it is and lighter than my Speck. It fits really nicely too.

Hello,
I have been using an Ottebox Defender since day 1. I am honestly shocked that a number of people here have experienced damages from placing their iP5 in it due to dust. sand, etc, causing scratches to the Aluminium.

While I do take it out of the case at minimum every 2 days to make sure no sand is present (live on Siesta Key which is a Barrier Island in SW Florida), I have not very little sand or dust when doing so.

I am now debating between getting an Exovault or Vaja Case. I would have purchased one initially, but neither were available until the past few weeks. Both make amazing Cases. The Exovault offers more protection, but the Leather quality on the Vaja is amazing. As are the color choices. I am leaning Vaja as I already have a heavy duty case in the Defender.
Cheers,
JJ

The first case I ordered was an Incipio Feather in black. The delivery took a while and I did not want to use my phone naked, so I purchased a Casemate Barely There to be used while waiting for the Incipio. The Feather arrived and I used it for less than two weeks: in that time the black color had started to wear out badly and I had to return the case (this is a common issue with the iP5 version of Feather, see e.g. amazon customer reviews). The case I purchased to replace the Feather is a clear Incase Snap.

So far I have these:

1.) Elago S5 Outfit
2.) Poetic Slimbook
3.) Speck Pixelskin HD
4.) Spigen Ultrathin Air

and counting...

I've returned these:

Spigen Genuine Leather Grip
Incipio LGND
Poetic Illuminate
Switcheasy Tones

I started with a Case-Mate Barely there, then bought an Elago S5 Slim Fit case in white. Finally I got the Spigen Ultrathin Air Soft Clear case.

The Spigen looks amazing, but offers no protection at all. So I am using the Elago. It looks great and offers reasonable protection.

I got the white/gray Otterbox Commuter. Good price and comes with a pretty good slick screen protector. Not big like the Defender, slides in and out I pocket easily, but still very durable.

Before i had SwitchEasy colors for my i4S
And now i have ordered Case mate tough case for my i5.

SwitchEasy NUDE~they have a series of macaron color~~

Poetic Atmosphere
Belkin Grip Candy Sheer
Incipio Feather
Green ebay bumper.
Ebay Clear/Grey TPU case.

Does the Spigen case show fingerprints? I've got a Desmay right now and I like the minimal design but it feels cheap and doesn't show off the design of the phone.

No, it has a matte finish, no fingerprints at all. But the plastic is so, so thin. It'll protect the back and sides from scratches, but not from any kind of drop at all.

But it's still clear and shows off the phone right?

Thin is what I'm going for. Scratch protection, not drop protection. Desmay is .35mm thin and I love it. Since you aren't using your case would you be interested in selling it?

It is quite clear, yes. It has a matte finish so it isn't crystal clear, but it definitely shows off the iPhone. The matte is very slight, but on a black iPhone the matte will be more obvious. If you are only concerned with scratch protection then I can recommend it. It also came with a screen protector and cloth. I am sorry to tell you I no longer have this case. My sister wanted it for her black iPhone so I gave it to her. Personally I think it looks better on the white iPhone, but she is happy with it.

LifeProof Fr....been using one for my 4 since last July. Held off buying an iPhone 5 until this was available.

Waste not, want not. Thanks for the info. It is much appreciated.
