When I was much, much younger, someone stole my bike. It was found some time later in a nearby river, competely rusted. That sucked.

Bike in picture is pretty similar to the one that was stolen.

Can't think of anything else. Guess I've been fairly lucky.

I've lost a couple of things though - as in, things have fallen out of my pocket (like an old Nokia 3210 mobile phone), or I've put something somewhere and never found it again (like a book, back in school) or forgot where I put it. Tehnically, I suppose some of it can have been stolen.

Don't get me started on losing stuff.
On the 55+ campouts I've been on, I think I managed to lose at least one thing on each one. Then there's the really sweet knife (Kershaw Ken Onion Leek, black combo blade) I lost one night at Applebee's. And of course, whenever my mother "cleans" my room, nothing is where I expect it :(

Ooh, I just remembered something else... I lent a Precious Moments coloring book to a then friend. It was my favorite one and she knew it too, bitch kept it... she returned my other 6 or so, but she knew that that one was the only one I cared about. The worst part of it? My mom special ordered it for me and now, it is completely out of print and impossible to find.

Not stolen, but I managed to lose:
a 32 meg SD card (year, uselessly small, but good in a pinch)
and a 128 meg SD Card.
I took them both to CA, but did they come back??
nooooOo!

also, in 6th grade, someone stole my CD player.
erm... thankfully, I think that's it. :D

Um... I have a long list. Here is 5 not-so and some very odd ones

1. SchWinn S-25 (the sporty version of the S-20, Very fast)
2. A Creative Zen MP3 player (it was cool looking and heck, it was free)
3. a box of Sharpies.
4. a bottle of water (I did drink from it. gross...)
5. my car (it was found in somebodys house. Nothing was taken out of it. And explain to me how can somebody have a 94' BMW Convertibe in their backyard. IT IS FREKIN' FIRE RED!)

Am I allowed to post that Apple stole Firewire support in its iPod from me?

I LOVE FIREWIRE! Arrghh!!!
So much the fast!

How did you get a Creative Zen MP3 Player for Free?
I want one for free, then I'll sell it on eBay, and then take that money and put it towards an iPod! :p

winter break 2003-2004 guys broke in to my room at school while I was away and took $200+ cash (which I had ironically left there cause I didn't want to travel with it), the accessories to my ipod mini (had the mini with me), 2 pocket knives, one of which had been custom designed and given to me by my gf, Nike sunglasses, and other stuff. It sucked. :(

Won it at my high school. They had a raffle for one.

You sure you weren't just high and traded it off for a bag of Doritos?

LMFAO!! For some reason the movie Dazed and Confused comes to mind right now!

Someone went into my bag when I was in the 9th grade and stole:

My CD Player (a very nice one at that)
The CD that was in it (forgot what it was...guess it wasnt that important, lol)
A Gameboy (which was actually my younger brothers)

I was pretty pissed

Also, when I was younger, i've had my bike stolen 3 (THREE) times... each a different bike... it really pissed me off because that was my transportation to-and-from school... after the third bike, i was like 'screw it' and I just walked.

Last Christmas, we were out of town and burglars broke into our house. They walked by a brand-new PBG4 and a couple thousand worth of stereo equipment, and headed upstairs to the bedrooms. They took my 11-year-old daughter's jewelry (nothing expensive, but sentimental value, of course, was significant). They took the wedding ring my wife had inherited from her grandmother, the gold cross given to her by her other grandmother, and any jewelry that appeared to have significant amounts of silver and gold.

All they took that was mine was the change from my coin jar -- I'd guess about $85 worth.

Total cash value -- probably under $1,000. Sentimental value -- priceless. I'd rather they'd taken the powerbook, worth about $2500.

I had my stereo stolen out of my car, which really did not bother me too much. But, when they popped the trunk and stole my golf clubs, I was pissed. I finally bought a new set and just started playing again recently. Bastards...
