I was on a call the other day, and when I got off the call I had this weird error message box on my screen. Anyone know what it is?

you have call lock installed? as the error msg states it couldn't connect to the call lock servers

I do have it installed but it was completely disabled at the time. And why would it need to connect to a server anyway? All it does is lock your phone when you're on a call - if it's trying to connect to a server, it's doing something it shouldn't be doing. Calllock doesn't require a data connection.
