Just had my weekly newsletter from ebuyer (UK) I'm not in the market for any Android stuff, but has anybody even heard of this outfit?

Specs are weird to say the least...:)

Probably best to leave well alone..being distributed by mt-electronics in Birmingham (UK) who have a flaky website...but the stuff is shipping out of Guangdong province.

Always stay away from non-brand Android stuff, heck, even stay away if it's not HTC, Motorola, Amazon, Samsung, or ASUS (and Yes, I left LG out for a reason). They're cheap, but it's because they come with a horrible/quickly built ROM, cheap hardware, and broken drivers. Most don't have Google Play, but then it doesn't matter (even if rooted to add it) as developers will completely ignore you because it's not their problem that you spent $99-200 on a device that has problems with even the most basic APIs.

Same thing goes with low-end phones actually. When you're up for an upgrade, always go with the more pricer one, because there's a reason why others are $0 and a cent.

I almost bought a $0 LG phone, until I remembered how many one-star reviews I saw on just about every app on the Amazon Appstore from people using them.

To answer your question... That's just another generic tablet. They come out with new models every month to sell to clueless, uninformed people who think all Android devices are equal.

:D I know, and I'm not an Android person...It was just a strange ad from them...They normally deal in USB HDD's drives TV and monitor stuff...I guess it's cheap and cheerful...probably sell a few with Christmas coming etc.
