Klementine (playing dead):
*Mama
Fatty
Klemenstein
Boombalatty
Poo-paws (i'll let y'all figure that out)
Old Girl

Esmarelda (sitting):
Ezzmo
*Smeldy (because she's a fart-n'-run cat)
Little Kitty
Baby Kitty
Baby Girl

* These are the names they'll respond to most often.

my great dane, Jake:

  • little dog
  • jakejake
  • the jakedog
  • dork dog
  • the bestest dog in the whole world

highly unimaginative, but he recognizes all of them...

My cat's name is Cain, but I call him Bubbers. Last night, I decided Snuffles was a good nickname, too, because of the sound he makes when I give him a "full-face pet." When he pushes his face into the palm of my hand, he makes a sound that just sounds like a snuffle, whatever that is.

Kitty:
Kitchie
Kitchie-coo
Bubby (kind of like 'baby')
Whore (when she scratches):p

Otis:
Kittin
OH-tis
S**thead (when he scratches)
Damnit
Otiferous
Otifreeous
mostly we call him expletives because he is always acting up... he is almost one year old and he is bigger than our other cat haha

Here are some pics of him as a kitten, then one year later still a kitten, yet as big as an adult...a huge adult hahaha

Too bad they can't stay kittens forever.

But then they would be like Jack Russell's.

Those is fighten' words! You disin' my Jack(s)? That is pure unadulterated old mean guy language that is obviously biased against my small ankle biting, Napolean complexed, vertically challenged but big hearted canine companions.:p

Jacks RULE. Once you go Jack - you'll never go back.:D

The true meaning of No Fear!!

Our cat is called Simba, and he does think he is a lion.

I call him:
-stupid cat
-hey you
-kitty
-nut case

He is insane, but cute :p more of my wife's cat, since my kitty died, but she was the most awesomest (new word!).

My geriatric kitty Patches (who is actually tigerstriped...go figure) has the following nicknames

Hambone
Patchcat
Chubby Buddy
DizzyB*tch

Hmm, my cat's name is Rocky. people in my family refer to him as the following:

- ROCKY MAPLE BECKWITH! (anger)
- Booboos (affection)
- Rockasillies (affection
- Rockybooboos (affection)
- Booboomuffmuff (my sister)

He "responds" (looks at you) to all of these. It's messed up.

I affectionately refer to my dog as a muttsack. As in, a sack of mutt.

It does turn some heads of course. My wife likes to follow with "Don't say muttsack in front of grandma".

Ginger Anne(the cat): Ginger. Cat. Damn Cat. Kitty. Stupid Cat.

And she doesn't answer to any of them.

My dogs name is Oscar but has the following nickname

1. Snot dog
2. Monkey mutt
3. Oskie (after the bra sniffing dog in Curb.)
4. F**k face (wife doesn't like me calling him that :D )

used to have a cat named Indigo, but I called her Nina (i was little and couldnt say Indigo, and Nina is better anyway!) my cat now is officially Cat, but I call him kitcat :p:eek:

I'm reminded of a rather stupid black labrador I knew as a kid, who's actual kennel club registration had his name as 'Sandringham Sidney of Norfolk'
