What post prod. settings to achieve this look?

I've been searching around for the past few days on various forums, pinterest, etc. for help on how to achieve a certain 'filter' look. Everyone here seems really knowledgeable so I thought I would try my luck. I usually use VSCO iphone app so is there anyway to do that 'filter' there? if not what other programs would you guys recommend

Looks lke

As Bad Guy said plus greens and blues desaturated, Oranhes boosted, WB warmed blacks crushed for matte look. Bit of clarity added.

I think, not sure, a Provia 400x maybe with some tweaks. Probably wrong.
