What program can do video screen capture?

I need to provide a step by step overview of how to do something using Xgrid, and I would like to be able to record myself discussing the software using some kind of video screen capture software. What software on Mac OS X can do this? I looked at quicktime pro but from what I can tell it does not support this functionality. Any ideas?
