What program do I use?

Hey Everyone!
We've all seen the pics around the web that are made up of dozens of other pics, that make a larger pic. The program mathematically places the smaller pics into order so the larger pic is seen. So what program do I use to make these??? Does anyone know?

You're welcome...I've played with it a couple of times. It takes awhile, is pretty processor-intensive, and works best with a large, diverse library of images to choose from, but it is pretty neat.
