hi,
i really like the looks of these types of animations and would like to incorporate this look with my other video. what type of program are they using? or what program would you recomend using?
these are just a couple videos i found in a hurry. they are not ideal but ive wanted to know for a while and finally realized i could ask brilliant minds like yours! *smiles* so to youtube i scrambled!

3d - Most probably Maya, 3D Studio MAX or Lightwave3d. (the majority)
Compositing - Combustion, Shake, Motion or After Effect would be a good bet.
Edited - Final Cut Pro or Premiere?

I would have to also say they probably use Cleaner to convert the sources to a good high quality video for the web.

Try emailing Nucleus Medical Art they might be able to tell you or give you some information about the software they used.

Looking at those medical images made me feel queasy..... ;)
