For example, exercise.

I used to jog/run and lift weights but began slacking off. There was a time when I'd do yoga 5 nights a week, but kinda got lazy. There was even a time when I swam daily, purposefully trying to top my previous session.

I'm asking all Mac users what is the best way to track stuff like this.

For exercise i'm considering using "Numbers" (i.e. check out the Workout and Weight Tracker Templates) or a website like "www.dailyburn.com"

I'd also like to catalog and record eating habits, to see what days of the week and times I eat unhealthiest. So far i've noticed i'll eat bad unhealthy fast food on Wednesdays in the afternoon, due to being far away from home on my lunch break.

Hell, i'd even love to jot down times I waste online..

...All in the effort to see and understand my own bad habits and turn them around.

Any advice, guidance or tips is truly appreciated. I'd figured i'd ask here to fellow Mac users seeing as how I use my Mac for things like this.
