what program to transfer iphone photos to pc?

I usually use Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.2 and it will deleted my camera roll after I transfered to my window vista computer. However, after I replace to the new iPhone [due to hardware problem] it doesn't work anymore. After my photos transfered to computer, they asked if I want to remove data in my memory, i chose yes, but it still there. Please recommend me any other one? And does it deleted photos after it been transfer? thanks

Actually I faced this too! had to send my 68 pics one by one to my E-mail! leWl.
