I'm never sure how accurately the battery actually reports its health. Mine fluctuates from anywhere between 86-97%. Just checked now and it says 95.5%.

Late 2016, 495 cycles.

No. It DOES NOT apply to you.

Your battery is "wearing down" from usage.
Time to get it replaced.

Having written that, Samuelsan's advice in reply 21 above applies, too.
"Service Battery" is gone. I posted the current coconut reading. What do you think?
 
Just for the fun of it I thought I will share the stats of one of the Macs in my family.

It is a rather old Mac but still in heavy use. It had been upgraded with SSD and more RAM down the road + changed the superdrive once. A new battery will be order the coming week :D
Will find the numbers for my screenless rMBP at some point.
