What ram for MBP?

My friend has one of the first MBP with the 1.8GHz proc. He has 1gb ram and wants another one but he doesn't know which one and where to get it for a good price. Thanks

I recommend buying from www.crucial.com as they guarantee compatibility and you can simple select apple as the manufacturer and the model of macbook pro he has, they are also quite cheap sell good quality ram. However, he will probably have to by 2gb ram because he might have 2x512mb at the moment
