What RAM for my 2008 Macbook Pro

Hey,
I own a Macbook Pro from feb 2008 (the cheapest one)
It came with 2 GB RAM.
I'm about to edit a music video that'll be recorded on HD with P2 cards.
Should I get more RAM? Can I put more in the laptop than 4 GB?
What RAM do you guys recommend?

I always use OWC RAM, as it's usually on the cheaper spectrum of RAM and is just as good as any other, more expensive RAM (cough, cough, Crucial). Hasn't failed me yet!

What is the type I should get? There are so many out there and I don't know which one goes with my computer...
