I have been waiting a long time for my Macbook Pro. The anticipation of getting my new MacBook Pro has actually made me a little annoyed at Apple’s Online service.

I want to know how YOUR experience has been. Is the confusion around tracking numbers, date etc just me, or is this a common problem?
