what screen dose my macbook have?

how do i find out what screen my 2.1 c2d whitebook has , im running leopard

System Preferences -> Displays -> Color -> Open Profile -> the 'mmod' field Model number, though I don't know how you'd find out more about a particular model number other than typing into google and hoping.
