Hi guys,

Have any of you ordered a screen protector in preparation for the arrival of your new iPhone 6s Plus?

If so, which have you ordered and why have you chosen it?

we're trying spigen glass for the first time. we usually use the wet install film.... decided to give glass a go this time around....

make sure the thickness of tempered screen protector is less than 0.3 mm and there's no air gap between the protector film and screen, otherwise, it will impair the 3D touch.

A further question just to upset the balance...

Has anyone considered an 'anti glare' screen?

If so, which one?

I'm not sure on todays tech with anti-glare but does it still ruin the clarity of the screen?
Anti-glare screen protectors always reduce screen clarity unfortunately, this is because of the anti-reflective coating on the surface. The amount of clarity that is reduced depends on the brand of the screen protector though.

Thought so, I thought someone would've came up with some miracle product since I've seen some pretty amazing advances in screen protector tech in the past years.

ya.....not going with anti-glare cuz i don't want it messing the the clarity of the gorgeous screen

There are anti-reflective films out there with a high transparency but they don't have the anti-glare feature and are not really available in the smartphone accessories market. There are also anti-glare screen protectors with different levels of anti-glare for people who are worried about transparency.

I got this Tempered Glass Screen Protector. It is very nice and works great for me. Worth the $5 price tag

Had two probs, both with Spigen.

First I installed a glass one, had it bang on but it wouldn't stay stuck a tiny amount along the whole right hand side.
Trying to smooth it down resulted in a chip so took it straight off.

Next was a Spigen Crystal. Again fitted it perfect but it seems oversized as all the way around there it isn't properly adhered.

Seems they are just repackaged 6 Plus covers that don't fit the S.

Rubbish.

Went through 2 Zagg Glass and 1 HDX protectors since I've had my phone at noon yesterday. Both Zagg Glass protectors had the edge lift all the way around. The HDX had it at the top and bottom only. They were all 6 Plus protectors that were supposed to fit the 6s Plus also. I'm gonna go buy a cheap protector in a few hours and in a few months I'll see if Zagg updates their protectors and send for a replacement. As of right now, I'm so over Zagg.

I'm having this exact problem with the HDX. I'm not sure if I should try another one or go with something else. There aren't many options at physical locations.

I've put the Spigen glas tr on my 6s plus but am already thinking of taking it off. I've managed to put it on 90% correctly but it's slightly "off" and that drives me nuts! It's fine when using the phone as you can't see it. Feels good too. However, I never had one on my 6 plus and it was fine so I'm thinking of taking it off....
