    1 minute.

Why would you have it on anything else?

5 minutes as it's a pain to unlock every minute when having a conversation via text/email/IM. If I'm not expecting a reply, I'll lock it myself.

Never. Do lots of SSH so it's a pain to have to constantly unlock or touch the screen to keep it awake.

    I never use auto lock.

I have just gotten in the habit to make sure I lock it before putting it in my pocket. Other than that it stays unlocked when not in my pocket.

When I'm updating Apps and I leave my phone on the side for a few minutes, it really annoys me if it keeps locking after 1 minute and therefore stops the App updating.

If your apps stop updating when locked then surely there is something wrong?

2 minutes. Feels about right for me. I've never had to think about changing it.

    Never for iPhone and iPad.

I lock it myself when I'm not using it.

When I use auto-lock I have it set for 5 minutes, but I'd like the option for 10.

Never. Have the phone lock in the middle for installing cydia apps can be quite annoying.
