What shortcuts you have for different Spaces?

Basically, how do you switch from space to space in Leopard?

I have 4 spaces and all of them have the special shortcut (option-1, option-2, etc)

Sometimes I use the Spaces menu to switch between spaces (when I'm too lazy to have my left hand on the keyboard), or sometimes I just click an icon of an app that is on a particular space.

I had Spaces turned on when I first started using Leopard, and found it quite useful. I used all the methods interchangeably, depending on what I felt like. However, I have it turned off now, due to one balky app that doesn't seem to like being shifted to another Space when I change.
