what should be the HD format to be able to transfer virtual machine?

    hey everyone,

    I was wondering if u guys know how to transfer the virtual machine to a external hard drive. the format of partition is FAT32 but it gives me an error when I try to copy the virtual machine from my mac to the HD?

    Could u let me know how to fix this problem?

    Fat32 can only handle files up to 4 GB. If it's larger than that, you will get an error trying to copy it over.

    Ohh so thats why cause the VM is actually 6 GB,.. so what should be the format for larger files and how would I reformat the partition?
