If Apple is not servicing unlocked/hacked iPhones then how will I get a replacement? If I do a restore then I can't show them the problem with my iPhone (like loading up the Jay Z album picture to compare with a properly functioning iPhone).

Did you unlock it or hack it?

If you hacked it, restore, sync with your music/albums and bring it to the Apple Store.

If you unlocked it, you have to wait for a publicly available re-locking tool to relock it. Then bring it to the Apple Store.

I hacked and unlocked my iPhone...hahha...

will the re-locking also deactivate the iphone?

what about restoring, activating using independence, and bringing it the store with no sim? will they be able to tell?
