I recently got off of my parents Verizon Policy( August 15th). I started my own policy using the same Iphone 4 that I had previously used. the person I signed up with said that I would be eligible for an upgrade at any time bc I used an old phone and got a new number and didn't purchase a new one. I logged onto the Verizon site tonight and it's telling me I'm not eligible for an upgrade until 4/15/2014. What should I do.

Call Verizon and do not delay. Hopefully you're within the 30 day cancellation period. Your sales rep may have signed you into a 2 year agreement. You should have a no-contract plan. That's what you want. You don't want a 2 year agreement ever without a subsidized device.

I'm furious. This is going to screw my preorder and who knows what's next. This guy is gonna get an ear full.
