Telling her would not be a very gd idea at all. If you really think this guy isn't right for her then maybe she might see it herself but i wouldn't hold out for a miracle. I think the best thing todo would be to try and get over her best you can and maybe in the mean time she might break up with the guy then make a move if you think its worth it.

Me personally....i would just move on totally and find someone else. Theres more fish in the sea as they say.
