What should the intro song for Snow Leopard be?

My vote goes for "Life In Technicolor" by Coldplay. It seems likely that this might happen because it was in that unibody video. The genre also seems to fit in with the rest of the songs from previous versions of OS X.

What do think will be the next song? Please be realistic. I highly doubt that "Shipping up to Boston" will ever be considered.

I guess I didn't realize that OS X had theme music

Is this just something played at the announcement?

Really? It will stay the same?
Aren't these videos the only reason people upgrade? (jk) :p

This release really feels more like a 10.51 release than a 10.6....

10.5 was the first time they changed the video. It was the same in 10.3/10.4.

I agree with Life in Technicolor. That was a well chosen song for the unibody video (after watching that video I went to lots of forums to figure out what song it was, it's hard to identify a song with no lyrics).

I'm curious about what the main theme of Snow Leopard is going to be. Leopard was "Space". Not sure why (time machine+spaces? lol). Tiger was spotlight because that was the killer new feature.

No, 10.3 was Eple by Royksopp, and 10.4 was Bytecry by Weevil.

Not true. The video was the same from 10.0-10.2, but Panther, Tiger, and Leopard's videos have all been different.

This video has all of the intro videos from OS 9 to Leopard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gov-XY7mDPE
