I'm a touch biased, but I'd suggest ScienceBlogs for analysis of the latest science news.

One more recommendation for the Christian Science Monitor. Best detailed mix of news and analysis, although I don't read it daily.

My daily reads are NYT and some mix of supplementary articles from various sources on Google News. I less frequently read some local newspapers (particularly the Detroit Free Press, to see what's going on in my birthplace ) and also some to get different perspectives (e.g. Al Jazeera).

Businessweek is my personal pick for business news, although they don't focus exclusively on biotech. I personally would probably read businessweek, any pharma rags I can get my hands on, and what comes up in the Times and prominently in other news sources.
