What size HDs

I think I read somewhere that the Mac Pro will only take so many HDs of a certain size, I maybe wrong, hence my question.

I have a 640GB as the main drive and a second 2TB drive.

Can I install another drive of 1 or 2TB ?

The size refers to the drive's physical size, which must be 3.5" (though 2.5" and 1.8" will work with adapters but no reason to get them instead).

The 3.5" drives are generally less expensive and faster anyway.

As long as you have free drive slots, no problem at all.
