I ordered both the 6 and the 6+, both in 128GB, both in White/Silver, basically because I just wanted to get the preorders in while I decide on which size I want!

After looking at videos I may stick with the 6+ though, so may cancel the 6 order some time next week........if I don't change my mind again!!

I went with the 5.5 Space Grey 64GB. The only reason I upscaled was specs, though. That camera OIS is too good for me to pass up on.

That's the same reason I did, as well as the full 1080 HD screen resolution.

The longer battery life didn't hurt either.

I went for the 4.7", for the better contrast ratio and the better performance due to the same processor being used on the much more demanding screen of the 5.5". But seriously, I just went for it because it seems like a good size and a good step up from a 5. I don't want to notice it every time I sit down, I already have a mini.

4.7 I carry phone in my pocket most of the time. Less to get scratched and just smaller overall. I mostly use mine for some games, ipod and calendar. If I did more typing I think I would go with the 5.5.
