32gb

...but only if I pull the trigger and that will be based on the case: metal preferably, and any other material will be a game time decision:D

Have an 8GB and a 16GB.

Probably will spring for the 32GB if given at WWDC and has features wanting me to upgrade (aesthetically and power-wise).

i filled up my 16 GB no problem .. i like having alot of TV shows on my iphone.. and music and apps.. so 32 it is for me

This is the worst poll ever. A better question to ask would have been, "what size third generation Iphone are you planning to buy?" or "what size iPhone do you currently own?". You are asking two questions in one.

I have a 16 now and it is perfect, as long as i have another iPod for all my music. I think I prefer having them separate anyways (use iPhone as backup iPod when the battery is dead or I just plain forgot it).

However, I MIGHT get a 32. But probably only if it comes in some other color (that i like) that the 16 doesn't (like the white 16 last time).

I have the 8 gb but I only have 1 gb of music and less than 1 gb of apps so I probably wouldve been fine with a 4 gb.

Video recording in the next gen iPhone may change that very quickly, depending on how much you use it. People shouldn't apply current iPhone usage/habit to the next gen.

I have 8 gigs. Will get 32 gigs if it has video, 16 gigs if not.

4GB is too small for my needs in a phone and 32GB would be too much. I have a 32GB iPod Touch and an 8GB iPhone 3G now and I don't mind having two devices. I'll most likely stick with the 8GB unless the 16GB just makes more sense financially.

Wake me up when there's a 64 GB model, I'm tired of not being able to take all my music with me. Actually, even a 64 would work, but it would at least be close.

Really depends about price. 8GB should be enough for me but if I can get 16GB for little (50€) more I guess I'll go for that. And of course, if 16GB has something that 8GB doesn't (better camera etc...) I'll go for 16GB

I'm gonna be "that guy" and point out you don't have 16GB of RAM. Desktop PCs don't have that. You've got 16GB of storage, or flash memory. I think the current iPhones have about 64K RAM.

Me, I'm going for the 32GB model unless it busts over $300.

If you're going to go through the trouble to try and prove someone wrong... you should at least know what you're talking about.

First of all... you can put 16GB of RAM in a desktop computer.
Second of all, the current iPhone has 128MB of RAM.

i want one with the best specs and lowest storage.

i've got an 8gb 3g and except for when we evacuated for the hurricane last year it has never been even half full. but i want the fastest processor, best camera, magnetometer, etc...

i have a sneaking suspicion that is going to be a 16 gb phone...
