Phillips #00, if you have one of the Unibody MBPs and are talking about the bottom plate.
If not, maybe have a look at iFixIt.
Btw, the screws on the bottom plate are not that mega small if you have seen the screws holding some parts on the logic board. Those are pico small compared to those nano ones (mega is a unit of size, but in the big direction).
