What software can I use to record a VoIP conversation ?

So I want the software to record both what I speak and also the audio output.

So I want the software to record both what I speak and also the audio output.

Looking forward to recommendations. I currently use a Bluetooth headset but have the output through my iMac's speakers. I then put my Android on the desk and use an app to record the input and output. But I'd prefer to have some software running on the iMac that captures everything.
