What software to transfer iPod music to my Mac?

I have a PC programmed iPod with all my music on it. I recently switched to Mac computers and I was wonder if any software (freeware) was available to get this music off my iPod, and onto my Mac hard drive.

Try podworks.....it will load all ipod music to your current iTunes and is downloadable for about $8.
