What specific difference in iLife09?

Did the new program add more themes to the iWeb pages? Was there a considerable change?

There were minor changes. Two new themes were added, facebook support was added, minor changes to the UI etc. Wasn't worth the upgrade IMHO, wish they'd done more with it.
