What specs are available from Apple Store - Macbook Pro 16"

Does anyone know what specs of 16" Macbook Pro they normally have in stock at an Apple Store?

The spec i am looking at wouldn't be available if ordered for 4 weeks - happy to get near to it if i can get one sooner by walking into a store.

Asking to save me time - obviously i can go into a store but just trying to save that effort.

The only way to get one sooner that I know of would be finding one with the specs you want on the refurb store, Unless B&H has the configuration you want.

Just the base models that they sell on the website. If you want extras they don’t have them ready to go at the store.

For example they won’t have one with a 2tb hard drive and 32 gigs of RAM in store, just base 1tb and 16 gigs of RAM model like on the website (the £2799 model for my example)

Many of the larger online stores in Sweden are out of 16" MBPs with at least three weeks waiting time. I wonder if Apple is up to something maybe a speed bump for the 16"?

Same here in the US. Long wait time (sometimes a month) and no stock in many local Apple Stores that normally stock them

Retail apple stores do carry ”secret” high end versions of the 16.
2.4/32/2tb/5500m 8gb and 2.4/32/2tb/5600m. On apple.com build a space grey to those specs and you should see them in stock at many stores.

they also carry a 13 2.3/32/2tb and an air 1.2/16/512

same here in China. the estimated shipment date (Nov 18 - 25) coincident with the rumored refreshed MBP publish date (Nov 17).

16“ base model has a shipping time around 2-3 weeks, BTO models 3-4 weeks
