How about a cdma prepaid? I dont know.
Also any good referral for unlocking the phone? Or is there a way to do it yourself?
I don't even think a sprint iphone 4 exists. Sprint only had the 4S and iphone 5.
And even if it did it would be a CDMA iphone without a sim tray.

Verizon iphone 4 cannot be unlocked either.

open the phone, find the antenna, remove it, replace with antenna from gsm enabled , phone, and reflash the baseband. If you dont have gsm antenna, remove cdma antenna, and reprogram the signal to accept gsm, it can be done, as there are grey market businesses, that are buying cdma phones, shipping them to china, and 3rd party factories are doing this exact thing.

Well it hurts you my friend, but sprint phones cant be unlock just because they dont have IMEI number.
